What is it?
It is a project offering 121 support and provides mental health group support to young people who identify as LGBTQ+.
The groups are designed to offer mental health support to young people to develop confidence, share experiences, and provide support for managing the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community offering an opportunity to connect with and learn from others unique experiences.

Who is it for?
The project will support young people aged 12-18 yrs, who identify as LGBTQ+ and are experiencing mental health challenges.
When is it?
Next group start date TBA.
Thursdays 4.30-6:30pm @ York Mind
(Highcliffe House, Highcliffe Court, Clifton, York, YO30 6BP)
How do I access support?
Places on all of these groups will be allocated on a first come first serve basis through submitting a referral form.
Young people themselves are welcome to make referrals as well as parents, carers or other professionals on their behalf. For young people under 16, we encourage that you seek consent from parents/carers where possible.
