1-2-1 Counselling
What do they offer?
Offer a broad based humanistic approach. Counsellors try to see your issues in the context of what you may be going through. 1-2-1 offer face-to-face counselling and up to 7 sessions on a weekly basis but will depend on your availability.
You have to be 16+ to access this service.
1-2-1 runs off a donation based system to fund the service and it costs them around £15 to provide a session.

1-2-1 use an answer phone system which is 24 hours.

- Leave a voicemail saying your name and your contact number
- A coordinator will ring you back usually within a couple of days to discuss your needs and availability
- Then you will be matched with a counsellor as soon as possible
- Arrange first date to have a session
