Dealing with different issues,
managing in different ways

Menfulness

Menfulness is a social community for people who identify as men or non-binary, where they aim to bring people together to socialise, exercise and enjoy themselves, whilst at the same time acting as a safe, non judgemental, supportive environment.

What do they offer?

Menfulness is run by volunteers and they have a range of events that happen over the course of the month. From social events and fitness activities, to online spaces and a podcast. (Find their podcast here)
