GamCare

GamCare is a National Charity for anyone affected by gambling-related harm.

What do they do?

We offer sessions virtually to young people to help them to talk about their gambling or gaming worries in confidence. We can help you to create a plan to reduce or stop gambling/gaming. Your support with us can be flexible and you get to chose how long you carry on accessing support.

All support sessions are virtual. Support can take place on Teams/Zoom calls or telephone. Whatever you prefer.

We can provide basic advice and guidance via text and email.

They also have a national helpline which is open 24/7 7 days a week – 0808 8020 133

Who do they support?

The Young People’s Service support those under the age of 18 or 25 (with Special Educational Needs) in the UK with any worries they have about gambling or gaming worries. We can also help with parents whose children are gaming/gambling.
